Country Family - feels just like home...

I had the wonderful opportunity to capture this family a few weeks ago. This lovely family of 3 are originally from South Carolina. We had a meeting today and talked about the major differences between life in the fast lane aka Maryland - and life in a relaxing area like where they are from. It brought me back to so many memories of just relaxing in the sun and having a nice chat with close friends from the neighborhood. Capturing children as they grow up is my absolute favorite. This doll baby was such a cutie! We had much fun even though she didn't care too much for the camera. I sit back patiently and simply observe love as it happens with this beautiful family. Like my trademark/logo :: "Life Happens, Capture It ~ Today, Tomorrow, Forever..."

I love cross processing - the colors are wonderful! Plus the sun glare just adds that little extra dreaminess to it.
One of my faves of the entire session. She was playing with mommy's feet and her feet.
