Wow - 2 posts in one week... I am on a roll. I have been super busy the past few weeks (what am I kidding - months)... Exciting things are coming. This past weekend I shot a beautiful wedding/reception in Sacred Heart Church and Grey Rock Mansion (these teaser images are coming soon)... I have been busy not only with my weddings, but super cool portrait sessions. On Sunday I shot on a boat for the first time - what a challenge, but they are great shots! You will have to stay posted to my blog to see the teaser images for that Engagement session.
I did want to post some images to look at. I was playing around in Photoshop with some images taken last week of my family and created this AWESOME look. I call it "Dirty". It is a cross between antique and the old school film.
Here is my beautiful daughter Karyn.
My son Miles fell down, and his big sister Karyn was there to give him a sweet kiss...
Last but certainly not least - is Sage our family dog. Please keep posted or inquire directly to me about the upcoming fund-raiser in her honor. She was recently diagnosed with mature cataracts and will be requiring surgery on both eyes to regain her eye sight. This is an extremely costly surgery for dogs (almost $5K). With that said ~ in the next month or so, I will be marketing a fund raising event where all proceeds will go directly to her surgery fund.
It will be a marathon portrait session weekend - with a pet theme.
My idea so far is :: $150 session fee which will include a 45 minute session at the park and one 8x10. (This is subject to change depending on the feedback I get). I would love to hear from all of you... RSVP's anyone?

So sorry to hear about your dog and the surgery required. Miranda (who was in our engagement session) is also blind from diabetes. So, I understand the pain you feel knowing your four legged family member can no longer see! I have two new addtions to our fury family and would be interested in your fund raising session!
