A Pasadena Wedding

On a hot summer day - a few weeks ago, I had the honor of working with Doug and Danielle. I first came into contact with them while I was in Orlando for Photoshop World. They called me and booked me after a few recommendations from other vendors. ( I LOVE REFERRALS!)
Since they booked me for one of the larger packages, I allowed them to use some of the time from the package for their rehearsal dinner. It took place with a whopping 60 guests at Props. They had so many guests from out of town, they decided to charter a bus to take them to the lovely restaurant.
They had some seriously cute babies attending!

I love this deck area - they managed to fill it up quite nicely.
Something about his hands - it was funny - you had to be there
Danielle loves kids - she is actually a teacher.
We wanted to get some nice portraits done before they actually got married - so we headed to the pier and took some quick "engagement" like portraits.
How cute is she?!
Danielle and Doug presented gifts to their bridal party.
and to other family members too.
Danielle's mom had a nice surprise for her - and you can tell it was an emotional gift.
As I am leaving I take a quick snapshot with my fish-eye lens looking in on their fun!
Thank you for inviting me to your rehearsal dinner - I was able to meet with your family members and do some bonding before the BIG day!

Doug & Danielle chose Celebrations at the bay in Pasadena, MD to say their I do's. This location was very picturesque and we had many opportunities to take lovely portraits.
Here is Danielle with one of her sisters and mom getting the dress ready.
Danielle's little sister looked like an Angel.
Danielle was patiently waiting while her dress was being laced up.
A quick hug for mom.
We were waiting for the groomsmen to arrive and took a quick portrait outside of the Bridal cottage.
I asked Danielle to take a quick whirl of her beautiful dress.
She made this stairwell HOT!

One of my faves of the bridal party - she is just too cute!

The groomsmen (and lady) are ready for Danielle to come down the aisle.
Afterward we went to the pier and took some awesome portraits of the entire party.
Some of the weddings at Celebrations are done under this wire gazebo - I wanted the beautiful detail in the archway to encircle this lovely new Mr. & Mrs.
The party starts and they go straight into the first dance. Doug dips Danielle and everyone is smiling!

What a beautiful last dance.
As you can see - there are TONS of wonderful portraits here and TONS more where they came from. I wanted to give Danielle and Doug a few more teaser images since it was so hard for me to choose my favorites from their wonderful wedding. I cannot stress enough - how lucky and fortunate I am to have such wonderful people to work with. Just this week, I was visiting with my husbands family, and I became overjoyed when explaining how much I love my job. My clients choose me because they trust and have faith in my capabilities as a photographer - to capture this wonderful day for them. I am honored and overjoyed with each and every client.
