So for all you bloggers out there :: I have been tagged by Vanessa’s Photography to post a blog with the infamous 8 random facts about me.  So prepare to be dazzled

Here you go:

1 :: My real first name is actually Lona.  When I was born, my parents named me Lona, but – the state of NY decided that the n in my name looked like a r – so then my birth certificate read Lora instead of Lona.  Confusing as it may seem, I decided to just go with Lora since we moved so much and teachers kept calling me by my birth certificate name.

2 :: I am an ARMY brat – I went to 12 different schools by the time I graduated high school. I lived in Italy, Germany, England and MANY places in the US.

3 :: I was a project manager at NASA HQ in Washington DC before starting my photography studio. 

4 :: I have four children total – My oldest is Karyn, my youngest is Miles.  I then have two step children that are heaven sent

5 :: I was an avid volleyball player.  I have played in Italy, Germany, and the US for the USVA.

6 :: I love love love Karaoke.  I used to be a frequent singer at Remingtons in Laurel. This past April, I tied with a fellow photographer at the Photoshop World in Boston to gain the title ~ Photoshop Idol.

7 :: I used to sing Opera – I was actually trained and competed. 

8 :: I paint. I am involved with different medias.  I love to paint in Oil and Acrylic. I have always been involved with art one way or another.  Through a canvas, lens, needle, pen, brush, computer and so much more – I love new adventures!
